Official step
The game description says: train to gain +1 strength, then use that strength to unlock new areas.
It does not name a dumbbell, a swing button, or a wall. Those details are not filled in from memory.
What one guide adds
AllThingsHow, updated Oct 1, 2026, says players buy dumbbells in a Dumbbells shop, the equipped dumbbell sets a strength-per-second rate, and an auto-train pad can apply that rate. The same page says higher strength scales the character and breaks walls with more hit points. This session did not play the game, so treat that shop behavior as a single guide, then check the shop in your own server.
